***** Good place by joer189- 04/21/2011                                                                         We have had our two large dogs there for a week at a time several times now with no problems. The larger of the two is a real handful half hyper (lab) / half crazy (husky) so I'm even more impressed. Very nice people as well. -Joe

***** Good People by Reed915- 01/27/2011                                                                        I used Pueblo West Kennels for 2 yrs before I had to move. I have difficult large breed dogs, who actually wagged their tails when I took them to be boarded. They were as excited to arrive as they were to leave. It was more like a dog park than a kennel. I had used other kennels in the past coming home and I was so greatful to find PWK.

***** Freindly and clean!! by scootr- 01/19/2011                                                              We've been using PWBK for a couple of years now and it really feels more like we're leaving Sierra at a friends house rather than a kennel. We always know she's well cared for. The owners are very accommodating for pick up and drop off times. Highly recommend you give them a try!!

She loves coming to Pueblo West Kennel. I always pick her up happy and excited to be there. She is always in good condition and healthy. The family takes wonderful care of my fur child! They are flexible and easy to work with. My dog is always ready to go back when I need to travel without her. Give them a try!!

And your dogs can normally "tell" you how they were when you come back. ***** boarding by happy customer- 07/12/2010                                                                 We left our 3 cats with Jim and Donna and we couldn't have been happier! one of them had an eye infection and we got a call from Jim offering to take him to the vet for us--now that's above and beyond!! Pueblo West Boarding is absolutely wonderful and you can drop your pets off knowing they'll be in the very best of hands! they treat your pets like family and you can rest easy while you're away! I wouldn't board anywhere else!

***** We NEVER worry about our dog when we're away! by The Scheberles- 06/30/2010     Our first experience with Pueblo West Boarding Kennels was with our dog, Sam, in 2001 and we were very happy with their service! Unfortunately, we lost Sam shortly afterward and did not acquire another dog until 2005. Our very first thought when we planned our next vacation was to put Nice with Jim at PWBK. Because Nice had been abused and abandoned, she was extremely skittish, however, Jim was able to develop a rapport with her quickly, something VERY few other people have been able to do, and now she even gets excited when we head up Paseo Dorado to drop her off!! I would definitely recommend PWBK to anyone who wants NOT to worry about their pet while they're away!

***** Best Doggie Day Care & Boarding Kennels by Betty- 06/29/2010                           We've left our dogs with the Pueblo West Boarding Kennel run by Jim & Donna and their family. You can bet they will treat your dogs like family, what wonderful people who care.We have been back, even though we live out of town, its worth the drive. No worry's here, they are great- from one day stay over to how ever many days you need, there pretty darn good with just about anything. We feel very safe having her go there and know that she is in great hands. Have tried other kennels in the area and they just don't compare, especially during the cold winter months. It was nice to know that our puppy was given attention and it was not just sitting there inside her kennel all day. When we drive up she is excited to get out of the car and run thru their gate. When we pick her up she appears happy and rested. They obviously take good care of her while we are away and that is a great feeling. I don't like leaving her behind but I know she is having fun while staying there.

I have had several bad experiences with boarding my pets - NOT HERE!!!! Pueblo West Boarding Kennels took care of my dog as if it were their own pet. I think they even clipped her badly overgrown toenails. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! 

***** WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW by Thomas&Rebecca- 08/28/2009                                    I just have to say, this is the first kennel we went to, and i didnt know what to expect. after leaving our dogs, TANK and AMY there for a week, i know exactly where to take them next time. the owner said they were a joy to have and look foward to seeing them again. we came back from the denver airport to pueblo at 10:00pm. and we were still able to get the dogs. thanks again, when the dogs got home finally, they were so tired. on the way home, i have never seen TANK smile before and he was grinning from ear to ear. i highly recommend this place. great and caring people. thank you

***** Awesome by brownie- 08/10/2009                                                                               This is an excellent kennel, and the only place we will have our dog stay! The family that owns this kennel is very accommodating to your schedule. They have different styles of runs to accommodate your dog's needs and they are always very clean and neat. There is no reason to take your dog to any other place but, Pueblo West Boarding Kennels!!

It is nice to not have to worry about our dogs one bit while we are on vacation or needing someone to watch them.

***** Pueblo West Boarding Kennels by CODEK5l0- 12/23/2008 I can not say enough about Pueblo West Boarding Kennels. I never have to worry about my pets. I know they will be safe and secure. One of my dogs is an escape artist, Jim makes sure that she is safe and secure, locked in her kennel. My other two dogs love going. I just have to ask if the want to go to "Camp Lassie" and they get excited and ready to go. I am a very frequent client and feel that Pueblo West Boarding Kennel is the second home to my pets.
